UPChieve's Collaborative Training

One of my favorite nonprofits that I have been following closely since my introduction from Kate Hoffman is a fantastic organization that provides free tutoring and college counseling to low-income high school students on a 24/7 online platform. UPchieve has grown quickly over the last several years and it is gratifying to see their mission being continually fulfilled. This amazing trend of growth has gained accreditation from prestigious organizations focused on higher education. UPchieve is helping corporations across the country provide their employees with a way to accelerate their proficiency in STEM-related subjects. Importantly UPchieve is extending a helping hand to lower-income students who haven’t had access to tutor-related services needed to move from high school to college and beyond.

Today, I would like to offer an opportunity for you to hear a very informative interview between Aly Murray, CEO and founder of UPchieve, and Tina Colby, Director of Academic Affairs, at College Track. This webinar provides a good understanding of the collaborative relationship between UPchieve and a nonprofit like College Track that is seeking resources for their students and staff members to increase their abilities to achieve higher education, as well as self-advocacy skills that may improve their probability of success into higher education.

As my desire increases to learn more about the organizations I promote and donate to, it is really great to learn more about these organizations and what makes them unique. My desire to support organizations that enhance the opportunity for better education is one of my top priorities. I am happy to say, the more I learn about UPchieve, the more confident I become that they are a necessary resource for students in our communities who don’t have access to skilled tutors and counselors.

If you share my support for services from nonprofits and educators that seek to help all students, no matter their income strata, I encourage you to spend a few minutes listening to the interview.

Thank you Shelby Crowell, Corporate Partnership Manager at UPchieve, for your help and interest in educating donors and sponsors.

Now for an exciting way to donate to UPchieve this weekend. If you would like to get your family involved in a fun and friendly competitive game of trivia, UPchieve has a virtual trivia game planned for this Sunday, December 12, at 8 pm EST. Tickets are $20 per person for a team of up to 10 people. If you have interest you will need to sign up by today, Friday 10th so the UPchieve team can get a headcount for the game.

Please check out the link below to sign up for Trivia Night with UPchieve!

Thank you everyone for supporting good organizations like UPchieve. I believe they are making a difference toward democratizing education which I strongly believe in.

All the best to you and your family, Roger N. Steed
